About Prospect Farm Caravan Park
We are a cosy little site, squirrelled away in the picturesque village of Gristhorpe. All our caravans have all the usual mains services found in a modern home.
We feel it is important to distinguish Prospect Farm Caravan Park, set in the heart of Gristhorpe, from the very big commercial sites outside the village on the cliff-top. Our site is cared for by Julian Artley and his family, and has only 15 holiday homes in total. It is a peaceful park. Most of the people who holiday here are retired and there is also the added security of no sub-letting which occurs on the larger sites.
Although our caravan park is set in a rural conservation area, we are just off the A165 coast road - only 5 miles from the major tourist attractions of Scarborough and 2½ miles from Filey, with its sailing, fishing and old cobble landing.
However, you may still have difficulty in finding us. Why not give us a call before you travel so that we can give you directions and greet you with a £10 voucher towards a family meal at the Bull (or other local restaurant).
Site Fee for Anyone Joining us in 2009
Our annual site fee is almost half that of the large caravan parks who usually charge various "extras"! In other words, in our case, there are no additional charges for such as VAT, rates, council tax or water charges.
